Please read these terms carefully before engaging our SEO services.

By engaging AISEO.com.my ("we", "us", "our") for SEO and digital marketing services, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not engage our services.
AISEO.com.my provides search engine optimisation (SEO), AI visibility optimisation, content marketing, and related digital marketing services. The specific scope of services for each engagement is defined in a separate Service Agreement or Proposal.
Monthly retainer fees are invoiced at the start of each month and due within 14 days of invoice date. Project fees are invoiced as agreed in the Service Agreement. Late payments may attract an administrative fee. We reserve the right to pause services for accounts more than 30 days overdue.
Search engine rankings are determined by third-party platforms (Google, Bing, and others) whose algorithms we do not control. AISEO.com.my makes no guarantee of specific ranking positions. Any ranking improvements discussed during consultations represent reasonable expectations based on experience, not contractual commitments.
Clients agree to: provide accurate information about their business and website; grant necessary access to platforms (Google Search Console, website CMS, etc.); review and approve content before publication; and inform us of any significant changes to their business or website.
Content, strategies, and deliverables created by AISEO.com.my remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, all work product created specifically for the client becomes client property. Our proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and processes remain our exclusive property.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement. This includes client business data, strategy details, and pricing information.
Either party may terminate a monthly retainer engagement with 30 days written notice. Project engagements may be terminated as per the specific terms in the Service Agreement. Fees paid for work already completed are non-refundable.
AISEO.com.my's liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from our services or any changes to search engine algorithms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
We reserve the right to update these terms. Clients will be notified of material changes with 30 days notice.
